Apollo 14 astronaut

Edgar D. Mitchell says

"We are being visited.

Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar D. Mitchell, the sixth man ever to walk on the moon, has a message for all citizens of Earth: We are not alone.

"We are being visited," the 79-year-old grandfatherly "spacefarer" told 100 or so UFOlogists gathered at a National Press Club conference called by the Paradigm Research Group (motto: "It's not about lights in the sky; it's about lies on the ground").

" Do you believe in extraterrestrial beings?

I believe there are other beings besides us. I'm also pretty sure they are much more advanced than we are - I sure as hell hope we Earthlings aren't the most intelligent life form..................:pinch:

Given the likely number of planets orbiting the millions of stars in the 100 billion galaxies, I highly doubt we are the only planet to have evolved life. I don't have any proof that there is life out there, but I suspect there is.

I just say, if an ET is knocking at my door, he will get a cup of coffee and/or a shower, depending how long the trip was ;)

ROFL, that cracks me up, I agree but at the first sign of aggression ET will be shot and BBQ to find out if they will be an extra meat source for the food chain.:shoot:

I keep thinking of an old TV show (Rod Sirling? Twilight Zone?). It revolved around a book taken from a "friendly" ET and titled "How to Best Serve Man".

Turned out to be a book of recipes............ OOOOOHHHHH

I always liked the Twilight Zone and thought I had seen them all, but I don't remember that one, coldflash. I probably saw it, I just don't remember it - there are a lot of things I don't remember.

There was also one that took place on another planet. The woman was having surgery to fix her grotesque appearance. During most of the program, the viewers thought it wast taking place on Earth, but at the end it was a planet where the people looked like pigs and the woman was still grotesque after her surgery - an outcast forever. She looked like a beautiful one of us and they thought she was hideous......poor thing!

I don't think we're the only life form, but hopefully the others don't look too awfully horrendous...........or think we do.

Twilight Zone was awesome!!! Remember the one where the astronauts flew to another planet? There was no food and no water, no plants, no animals, just desert? One of the astronauts kills his partner to survive and continues walking until he finds ....... .................................................. ............Wait for it .................................................. ...............................A GAS STATION!!! His rocket crashed!! He is still on Earth!! Rod Sterling, you just cannot beat those shows!!

My uncle was a pilot in the Air Force and says that every pilot has seen things that prove we are not alone. :smk3:

It would be rather arrogant of us to assume that we are the only life forms, now wouldn't it??

I think it's funny we're trying to find intelligent life in other star systems.

I'm still struggling to find it in this one.

The Gray's taste better than the Greens.
They taste like kittens.
The greens are much greasier.

Now I am hungry for some kittens and dumplings. Ran out of alien at the BBQ on the 4th.

You touch my devil cat Sgt. Fang and she will shred you to pieces... I still have to teach her to shoot the 1911.

If you believe in a Supreme Being,it would be foolish to think that we'rehis,(her), best effort.

yes I believe in a supreme being, and he and his angels along with Satan and the Demons inhabit this world only besides ourselves. Anything else I believe and I have the right to believe that beings from another planet who crashed landed near Roswell never happened. People want to believe what they want. And believe what I prove to be true. And there are things that we cannot explain either because don't know what the source of some of these things are by nature. I am not going to dismiss that people see things.
Maybe some are legitimate but a whole lot of crap doesn't make it probable. Maybe some are on drugs and see what they want. Indians took peyote and saw a whole lot of things. By the way, I am part Cherokee, but that's a part of history. Don't just believe things just because you read it in the Roswell Rag (RDP). It sure isn't worth $0.50 Daily nor $1.00 every Sunday.

This is an awesome video. How could we possibly think we are the only living creatures out here??
