TRAC Needs Help

I hope someone can help with this. Do you know an Attorney if so please talk with him or her to see if they will do a small job for Talk Roswell / Talk Roswell Action Committee for a very, very low fee or probono. I would like to get us Incorporated as a NonProfit 501 (C)3 or LLC something like that. The Attorney would know what we need.

Billy, I believe there are ways to get Talk Radio incorporated without use of an attorney. On the internet are forms to purchase (designed by a well-known attorney); look for the ones pertinent to NM state laws. Via the internet, you'd be walked through, prompted, completing the form you need for incorporation. Then you submit that form of incorporation to the NM State Corporate Commission for filing, for a small filing fee. And it is done, very simple. I'm sure there are other people who've been there done that.
