Officers discovered a door had been kicked in at a house under construction in the 3500 block of Carol Ann Way. According to reports it was unclear if anything was missing from the building since it was still under construction.

Officers were called to the 3900 block of Southeast Main to stop a fight. Reports indicate two groups of men were attempting to fight inside the business and were asked to leave. The men continued the confrontation in the parking lot. After considerable persuasion by officers all but one of the men left. That man refused to cooperate and was arrested for Criminal Trespass.

Officers responded to the 1900 block of South Sunset to investigate a complaint of threats. According to the report, the victim told officers that she was speaking with a friend of hers who told her that her ex husband was trying to hire someone to kill her. The friend didn't know if he was serious but felt it was necessary to warn her. She told officers she feared for her life and this case is still under investigation.

Officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of West Tilden to investigate a violent Domestic Dispute. When officers arrived they found the victim who had run from a nearby house to call police when she was battered by a man at the other address. Officers arrested 71 year old Juan Montoya on charges of Battery to a Household Member and Criminal Damage To Property.

Officers also arrested 23 year old Juan Garcia for Battery, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest after he attempted to strike a police officer. Officers had been in response to a call in the 1400 block of South Elm.

A Commercial burglary was reported in the 200 block of East McGaffey. Police reports state that the victim told officers someone pried open a side door to the business and took a camera, a money bag with 700 dollars cash inside, two checks and a woman's watch. Total value of the items taken was 1150.00 and the damage to the door was estimated at 700.00. At this time, there are no suspects.
