Have you heard that the Obama Administration ordered the DOJ to Drop all charges against 2 members of and the New Black Panther Org in Chicago for Voter Intimidation.

This happen in front of a polling place and was caught on Video, one of the NBP was also carrying a night stick. One of the DOJ Atty has resigned stating the DOJ is so corrupt that he can no longer up hold his Oath of Office.

A few additional facts, of relevance.

1) The prosecutors did win a default judgment (http://www.slideshare.net/LegalDocs/findlaw-voting-rights-new-black-panther-party-figure-shabazzs-weapons-order) against Minister King Samir Shabazz, who was at the scene that day and whom they (the prosecutors) identified as leader of the Philadelphia chapter of New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense. Fox News conveniently leaves this information out of their report

2) Former Justice Department attorney J. Christian Adams, interviewed in the Fox News story, was appointed to the Justice department in 2005. He worked in the Bush Justice Department in 2006 when attorneys declined to pursue charges that members of the Minutemen were intimidating Hispanic voters in Arizona, charges based on nearly identical circumstances. He has NEVER complained about that choice not to prosecute. Fox News conveniently leaves this information out of their report

3) This will NOT be the first testimony regarding this particular case before the USCCR - In May 15 testimony (http://mediamatters.org/rd?to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.usccr.gov%2FNBPH%2F05-14-2010_NBPPhearing.pdf%23page%3D25) before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, Thomas Perez, assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division, refuted the charge that the decision was a political one, testifying that the decision not to pursue charges amounted to "career people disagreeing with career people," which Perez said "happens very often." Fox News conveniently leaves this information out of their report

Just another instance where "Fair and balanced" does NOT include "the rest of the story" - sorry if this information confuses some of you.... **laugh**

(1) The default judgment was awarded because the guilty party refused to show up for trial, why do you think that was? Because the U.S. ATTY general told them not to.

(2) This has nothing to do with this story, as Usual let’s blame the Bush Administration.

(3) I must have watched the wrong Video were their were 2 black men one with a night stick and both dressed in gang land style uniforms in front of a Voting place intimidating Voters, and all caught on Video with Wittiness’ that would have testified in court against the NBPP. Open and shut Case.

I don’t understand how anybody can come to any other conclusion after watching the video. I think people in this world are starting to suffer from an Eye and Brain dysfunction and need to get treated at an Obama care Hospital. **laugh**

That's a lie pdc, I saw the story when aired.

"He worked in the Bush Justice Department in 2006 when attorneys declined to pursue charges that members of the Minutemen were intimidating Hispanic voters in Arizona, charges based on nearly identical circumstances."

Got any refferences?

"Thomas Perez, assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division, refuted the charge that the decision was a political one, testifying that the decision not to pursue charges amounted to "career people disagreeing with career people," which Perez said "happens very often." Fox News conveniently leaves this information out of their report"

Another lie, they did report that as well and Mr. Perez lied under oath....O.L.

Just encase someone needs more proof of the connection between Obama and the New Black Panther Party, here are some more links and a screen shot of Obama’s web page showing the support and endorsement of the NBPP.

Let the conspiracy theories roll in.

http://www.davidduke.com/....

That explains a lot!

David Ernest Duke (born July 1, 1950) is an American white nationalist, former Grand Wizard of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, former Louisiana State Representative for a partial term, and a candidate in the Democratic presidential primaries in 1988 and in the Republican presidential primaries in 1992. Duke has also unsuccessfully run for the Louisiana State Senate, U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, and Governor of Louisiana.

Duke describes himself as a racial realist, asserting that "all people have a basic human right to preserve their own heritage."[5] He speaks in favor of voluntary racial segregation and white separatism.

Why am I not surprised?

Sam, "I dont think they are for racial segregation I think they are against it."

I'm sure most are but they tend to align themselves with groups that are just as bad if not worse than the KKK. La Raza comes to mind. What they say and what they do are 2 different things along with the groups they align themselves with. "The Race"...Yep, nothing racial about that name! If they want to be taken seriously, they'd best cultivate a better image...:)...O.L.

I used that web site in reference for the Screen shot of Obamas web site showing his support for NBPP,

Sam, what conspiracy theories would you be referring too? Did you not watch the Video? and not comprehend its contents.

Also what’s wrong with the White people wanting to preserve their Heritage. The Blacks have the NAACP, the Mexicans have La Raza, “The Race” almost every culture has a org to preserve their race, But when the White Race wants to do or say something WE are labeled Raciest.:nasty:

La Raza is just people being proud of their race and where they came from. They arent against interracial marriage or against any other groups. Well at least from my experience. So they arent just as bad as every other group.

"To preserve their heritage" - what a shameful and disgusting euphemism for what David Duke (and, apparently, people like you) actually espouse....

Here's a few examples:
"We (Whites) desire to live in our own neighborhoods, go to our own schools, work in our own cities and towns, and ultimately live as one extended family in our own nation. We shall end the racial genocide of integration. We shall work for the eventual establishment of a separate homeland for African Americans, so each race will be free to pursue its own destiny without racial conflicts and ill will" David Duke, My Awakening: A Path to Racial Understanding, 1998

His book Jewish Supremacism: My Awakening on the Jewish Question (Republished in 2007) purports to "examine and document elements of ethnic supremacism that have existed in the Jewish community from historical to modern times."

Duke has expressed his support for prominent German-Canadian Holocaust denier Ernst Zündel. Duke makes a number of statements in support of Zündel and his Holocaust denial campaign. After the aging Zündel was deported from Canada to Germany and imprisoned in Germany on charges of inciting the masses to ethnic hatred, Duke called him a "political prisoner."

On December 11–13, 2006, Duke attended the International Conference to Review the Global Vision of the Holocaust in Tehran, Iran, opened by Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, stating "The Holocaust is the device used as the pillar of Zionist imperialism, Zionist aggression, Zionist terror and Zionist murder."

If anyone is curious, here is a link to David Duke: In His Own Words (http://www.adl.org/special_reports/duke_own_words/duke_intro.asp)

This is what happens when a thread is opened with no specified topic. It jumped from Obama and the Black Panthers to La Raza to David Duke, then onto racial name calling and insults. Please make sure (when you open a thread) to title it as a specific topic for discussion.
