Here's the bill that will initiate the technology to allow 'watchdog' groups access to the state budget with links to local budgets. Horay!!! How long do you think it will take Roswell to provide a pdf file for that link? Roswell hasn't posted a current budget on their official city web site since 2005-2006. AND, you can hardly call it a detailed budget sheet. Roswell's link is 'saw'...
